Working on For Cold Call deals

All deals associated to contacts that were sent the partnership email campaign will ultimately end up in the "For Cold Call" column provided that they:

  • Did not schedule a meeting via the Calendly link
  • Did not reply to the email
  • None of our emails to them bounced
  • They did not unsubscribe or marked our emails as spam

If a deal is under the For Cold Call column, we have to call them and;

  • If the contact didn't answer, leave them in this column.
  • If the number is unreachable or incorrect, set the partner status to "Unsuitable"
  • If the contact answers, and:
    • Agrees to the partnership, set the partner status to "Partner" and move the deal to
      • the "Contract, Link, Portal Log In Sent" column, if you want to send them the partner URL right away; or
      • the "Agreed to Partnership" column if you plan on reaching out to them manually later.
    • Didn't agree to the partnership, set the partner status to "Not a Partner" - this will automatically move the deal to the "Declined" column
    • Specifically asks not to be contacted again, set the partner status to "Do Not Contact"
    • Undecided and needs another call, set the partner status to "Undecided" - Be sure to arrange for another meeting and set a task to call the contact again on the set date.
