All deals associated to contacts that were sent the partnership email campaign will ultimately end up in the "For Cold Call" column provided that they:
- Did not schedule a meeting via the Calendly link
- Did not reply to the email
- None of our emails to them bounced
- They did not unsubscribe or marked our emails as spam
If a deal is under the For Cold Call column, we have to call them and;
- If the contact didn't answer, leave them in this column.
- If the number is unreachable or incorrect, set the partner status to "Unsuitable"
- If the contact answers, and:
- Agrees to the partnership, set the partner status to "Partner" and move the deal to
- the "Contract, Link, Portal Log In Sent" column, if you want to send them the partner URL right away; or
- the "Agreed to Partnership" column if you plan on reaching out to them manually later.
- Didn't agree to the partnership, set the partner status to "Not a Partner" - this will automatically move the deal to the "Declined" column
- Specifically asks not to be contacted again, set the partner status to "Do Not Contact"
- Undecided and needs another call, set the partner status to "Undecided" - Be sure to arrange for another meeting and set a task to call the contact again on the set date.
- Agrees to the partnership, set the partner status to "Partner" and move the deal to
