How to Upload Reports to BYB?

1. Please make sure you didn't upload one report twice.

• If you are not sure, please check before you upload it:

1. Remove the client's name on the report:

• Download the report.

• •  Open 'I Love PDF':https://www.ilovepdf.com/
  • Click ' PDF to Word:

 

• • Use this function to transfer the report to a Word version. Then Download it and Open it.

 

• Copy the client's name, past it on 'Find what', and type a space on 'Replace with'. Then click 'Replace All':

• Click 'Match case':

• Once it says "All done, please check whether all the client's names are removed:
• Please make sure you've checked every signal page:

• Click 'File':

• Click 'Save As', and choose PDF:

• Then you can upload it on BYB.

1. Uploading Building & Pest Reports To BYB:

• Click On Resale On The Left Hand Side Panel:

• Click On Create New Report On The Top Right Hand Corner:

• Follow The Prompts & Fill In All The Details As Outlined:

• Upload The Report (Please Ensure The Correct Report Is Uploaded):

• Once Completed Click On Upload

How to Booking An Inspection for BYB?

1. Once a client purchases a new inspection via BYB, we will receive an email, check the address and check the comments. If we can do it, please click 'Yes' on this email.
2. Once we accept this job, we can find it on the BYB Portal. Please collect all the information and add it to Booking CRM, and then our admin team will book it.
3. Please ask the client to send us the screenshot of how much they paid to BYB (The Receipt). And upload it on the booking portal.
4. When booking, untick this box causes the client already paid to BYB:

1. Always disable auto-email:
   1. Go to Spectora.
   2. Scroll down.
   3. Click Scheduled Text Messages and Scheduled Emails:

Disable all the emails & messages that mention 'Unpaid':

1. For the inspection fees, please manually edit them according to what we can receive from BYB:

• Building & Pest Standalone - Inspection (inc. GST): $440.00. If it's an apartment it's $420.
• Building & Pest Standalone - Reinspection (inc. GST): $370.00.
• BPI report resale (inc. GST): $300.00.

1. Once you book it, please update the booking details on BYB. When you type the inspection time, please always allow 2 hours to upload the report.
2. Once the inspector finishes the report, publish it and download it.
3. Remove the client's name on every single page. (Follow the stages I showed earlier)
4. Go to BYB, and upload the report.
