Option 1

• Check the Job Title of the contact you want to enroll
• If the contact's job title is any of the following, the skip to step 4:
  • Conveyancer
  • Buyer Agents
  • Mortgage Brokers
  • Strata Managers
  • Body Corporate
• If the contact's job title is none of the above, go to Option 2
  • Paulo will need to set up a new email campaign for this new job title, a new pipeline, and edit the workflows
• Go to the contact you want to enroll to the email campaign and set the partner status to "For Outreach"

Option 2

• Send the contact's name, email and job title to Paulo (via Slack or email)
• Paulo will add the contact to the appropriate list to make sure they are enrolled in the email campaign
• Paulo will create a new email campaign if necessary
• Paulo will update the relevant workflows
