  • Whenever a partner URL is used by a potential customer, a new deal gets created automatically and it gets added to the B2C Pipeline
  • The deal gets automatically associated to the referring company which allows the Portal to reflect the correct number of referrals
  • Due to the nature of the form, the deal will not have the complete information - meaning our sales team will need to call them to add the correct inspection info and the corresponding line items which will allow the Portal to show the amount of commission (if any). Otherwise, the referral will get listed with no commission.
  • Once the sales team calls the referral, they can add the inspection info and add the line items to the deal manually. Then they can also send a quote and move the deal to "Quote Sent."
  • Deals under the Quote Sent stage will have to be called again or enrolled in an email sequence. If no response after a certain amount of days, move the deal to "Closed Lost"
  • When the sales team gets a notice that the referral has paid, they move the deal to "Initial Payment Received"
  • Once the deal has been moved to "Initial Payment Received" it will be considered closed and will reflect on the portal accordingly.
  • This will also trigger the creation of a task for the Service team to book the inspection
  • Once the service team books the inspection, they will set the Close Date to the day of the inspection and move the deal to "Inspection Booked."
  • The deal will automatically move to "Inspection Complete" on the Close Date set.
  • If the contact later requests for a refund, sales or service will move the task to "Refund Requested" and the deal will be removed from Successful Referrals and the commission will automatically update on the portal.
