Forms

All new contacts that came in via a HubSpot form will automatically create a new deal in the B2C Pipeline.

 

Since the forms don't require the new contacts to submit all required inspection info, the deals will have to be manually updated with line items during or a after having a call with the contact.

 

Chats

All new contacts who request for a quote via chat will automatically create a deal with the proper line items if their inspection needs are either: pre-purchase, pre-sale, or construction inspection.

 

Calls

All new contacts who call in can be added as a new contact. A new deal will have to be created manually for this new contact depending on their request.
